I'm very sorry to have to announce that I have no other choice but to cancel my NAmerican trip!
I'm truly sorry and have tried everything not too cancel but I really have no other choice than to push back this trip until next year! I wish I could say it's because of a very important international spy mission or such mysterious doings but the truth is, I just can't afford it! Even though I was happily surprised of the number of e-mails from people interested in getting some work done Stateside, when came time to drop some deposits I had to fight for months and still haven't even secured half of them! I can't give you guys a hard time, I truly know how hard it's been financially in NAmerica in the last few years! All my friends tell me about it and I do read the news! But yeah, After an impressive amount of unexpected hefty bills at home and the prospect of a very grim American working calendar, I can't even get the flights! I really have no other choice!
I hope you can all forgive me and give me a bit more time, till next year to save up and take that risk of going to America and not working as much as I'd want to!
Anyone personally concerned by this calendar change has received a personal e-mail!

All Euro-dates remain unchanged and I will resume answering those mails in the days to come!

In the wind...
Ladies and gentlemen... Specially the ones in NAmerica interested in getting some sweet tats from me... Here's some news for ya!
Ok so... Even though I will be visiting New York and Philly this year, I won't be working there! Sorry! Just not enough time!
Also... The HOPE GALLERY spots in New Haven, CT are all booked up! So no more North East workings for me! If you're still interested you should definitely still let me know but it'll be for the cancelation list!
Also... I have 2 spots left for San Diego! Let me know if you're interested in them before the end of the month!!
There ya have it! My dates for this NAmerican trip have also changed just a tad bit but am waiting to have everybody booked in before I make them all official and stuff!!As usual please don't hesitate to ask about anything: pick@electricpick.com
And finally! I will announce my EUropean dates in the days to come with guidelines and rules and such and such! If you be one of them people currently residing (legally or not) in the US and also happen to be down with my tattooing struggle, you might be interested in the following statement! >>>>
It's that time again... It's been a while that's for sure but there's just so many places I need to go all the time!! Anyways, enough excuses... I've officially started planning for my next NAmerica trip and Yes, there will be tattooing involved!! I even got dates and all!!!
San Diego: November 21st till December 2nd /6 spots/ At a super covert fancy shmancy private location!! (how exciting)
New York: -Yet to be determined-
New Haven: December 9th till December 16th /4 spots/ At the Hope Gallery.
Philadelphia: -Yet to be determined-
If you happen to be interested in any of these spots contact me when ya get a chance! Booking starts now and it's first come first served! I've had a lot of people asking when i'd come over for the last two years so unless they're all really broke or decided they hated tattoos by now, I'm guessing these dates are gonna go quickly!!

Behold , ladies and gentlemen Plog readers of the known universe ... I had previously warned ya ... It was only a matter of time !!! Grab on to something steady and don't let go till the fat lady sings !!! Here's an analog orgy of 35mm Photographic heaviness !! A selection from 4 different rolls , 10 different days , 5 different hoods , 1 Canon , 1 city (Yes , the one in the title !) Just thought I'd mix them all up and give it all at once ... So ... Hope you guys can tell which ones are cross-processed slide films and which ones are normal negatives (In this case - Provia 160 from Kodak) ... Here we go go ... San Francisco co >>>>>

Ahoy !!
From my cabin this morning >>>
Just made it onboard my beautiful new temporary headquarters and all is good !! However , I have some sad news for you all ... Plog followers of the world !! The Captain has just informed me that there would be ...... No internet during this trip !! And by No internet ... He actually meant ... None at all what so ever (just like in medieval times) !! Apparently the satellite thing-a-ma-jig is for positioning and in special cases , e-mails (2 hours per mail) so yeah ! I'm very sorry to have to say that our next Plog-appointment will have to be around the 25/26th of August , once I'm back home in Europe !!!
Take care out there and I'll Plog ya when I hit the solid ground again with most probably a hella-of-a-lot of stuff !!!!

INDEPENDENT PURSUIT
That's it ... I'm off ! Was good fun , here in NAmerica , once again and will be missing it for the next few years before I'm back around this part of the world again !! Take care out there my new and old NAmerican friends and stay fresh !!
Now's the time to get outta here ! A full day of flying all the way to the other coast to Wilmington North Carolina for one short night !! "But Nick !!!!! That makes no sense !!!!! Wilmington North Carolina for one night ? What in the world are you going there for ???" -One might say ! Well I'm not quite sure I've previously blogged about this but I'm going back home to Europe the long way !! Taking a big bubba of a ride home ... "A freighter or Cargo ship" I believe is the correct term ! And her wonderfully fitting name happens to be the "MV Independent Pursuit" !! Will be on it from the 13th till the 26th AAAaaaaallll the way across the Atlantic to Antwerp in Belgium ! Now ... Here's the thing ... The ship , apparently does have "satellite" internet but I have no idea what to expect ... If I can use it as much as I want , if it is painfully slow or if it works at all !! So ... I'll do my best to Plog on the way but there is a very real risk of Ploglessness !! Worst comes to worst ... Check once in a while but I'll be officially back on a regular blog posting schedule around the 26th ish when I dock back on the other side !!
